These cabins are spacious, comfortable and available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rates. Trout fishing year around and hunting in the winter. Come as one family, or more than one. We can accommodate several. These cabins are located on a working miniature horse farm where families can interact with the horses. They're small and lovable. In addition, there is a fishing pond located just outside the cabins doors, and on the other side of fencing, where you can relax while you haul out the catfish. Be sure to bring your fishing pole.
2 BR downstairs with a spiral staircase that leads to a loft bedroom upstairs; 1 BA, full kitchen, washer/dryer, furnished in a patriotic motif, this Cabin has queen, double and twin beds, TV & VCR, and fenced yard. Pets are welcome. Capacity = 7.
A 3 BR, 2 BA, 2 story 1,500 sq. ft. home has a cathedral ceiling, balcony, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher; bedrooms have queen size, double and twin beds and sleep up to 10 people, TV & VCR, central heat and air, fenced yard, pets welcome.
This cabin is a duplex which can serve 2 separate parties of guests at the same time. They are appropriately named the Roosters Nest (front) and Fisherman's Lair (rear) and were finished in October 2002 and each have 2 BR, 1 BA, comfortably furnished to sleep up to 7 guests. Cabins are fully furnished with full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV & VCR and fenced yard. Pets are welcome.
The Peacock Roost is a 3 BR, 2 BA, 100 year old farm house that has all the modern amenities but still feels like going to grandma's house. The house is air-conditioned,heated, has ceiling fans, washer/dryer and complete kitchen, with queen size, full and twin beds. TV & VCR, fenced yard, and pets welcome. Deck overlooks a large farm pond where the guests are welcome to try their hand at catching catfish and other species located there. Sleeps up to 8 people. The entrance is located to the rear and side of the house above, and affords the visitor a covered porch, with comfortable furniture to relax on, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool(shown above).
The Bunk House is a 2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath that will sleep up
to 6 guests. Equipped with all the necessary conveniences as our other cabins,
this cabin will allow you the comforts you require while relaxing away from home.
This cabin has washer/dryer, a complete kitchen, TV & VCR, and of course as always
pets are welcome (sorry, no fenced yard).
Granny's is located within the same building as the Peacock Roost, but in the front.
It is part of a 100+ year old farm house and has been decorated to indicate the era
from which Granny was occupied by the original owners. Home made quilts decorate the bedrooms
and yet modern equipment will afford you comfort from the kitchen to the bath. The
front yard is fenced if you have your pet with you. Sleeps up to 7
Aunt Bea's is our newest cottage. Finished in 2008, this cabin has all the things
you would need to be comfortable. A back deck will allow you to sit out in the evening
and watch the deer as they graze on the pasture that surrounds the cabin. The cabin is
complete will all you would need to be comfortable. Sorry, the yard is not fenced.
Even though your pet is welcome, you would still need to leash your pet when taking outside.

By coming here, you are close to towns, Heber Springs, AR, and the beautiful Greers Ferry Lake, a 44,000 acre clear water lake complete with swimming, boating, and pleasure craft availability. The Little Red River, home of the worlds record brown trout, is only minutes away.
